Growing up on a farm in the Salzburg region, I came into contact with agriculture and animal husbandry in my early childhood and was able to benefit and learn from cross-generational experience.

In the meantime, I can look back on more than 60 years of farming and forestry. As a hunter and nature lover, I found red deer in the 1990s, which I have been successfully breeding ever since. The requirement has always been the need-oriented keeping of healthy and capital red deer.

Originally started with six animals, my game stock now numbers around 80 deer, kept in generously laid out natural enclosures. For more than a quarter of a century, I have refined the breeding with passion and patience, so that today I can speak of guaranteed best quality.
